Shipping
We offer shipping to the following countries- Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany(Limited products), Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. We will send you the tracking number once your order will be dispatched. You can check your shipment status here
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. For large or heavy items like Playground we use DB Schenker, GLS, DHL or DPD carriers.
It depends on your delivery country. Estimated shipping times you can find here. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Product
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
You can request to return an item within 14 days of receipt as long as it has not been assembled, is in the original packaging and in resalable condition. You may arrange for the delivery back to us yourself or contact us on sales@playspiel.eu and we will advise the charge for this depending on the product purchased. You are responsible for the package until it has been signed for at our warehouse, in which case we suggest obtaining trackable insured postage.
The returns address is Wendi Toys, Balta iela 14, Cēsis, LV-4101, Latvia . It is your responsibility to ensure that your items are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, we will charge you a reasonable sum for the reduction in value the goods have incurred. If you have assembled a product it cannot be returned unless found to be faulty.
